As a Sales Executive, I was responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets for a Nestlé distributor. I successfully acquired new clients and managed relationships with the existing customer base within my designated area. I also implemented monthly promotional programs tailored for each customer, managed product deliveries to ensure timely service, and efficiently handled monthly payment collections.

E-COMMERCE SELLER

Boteevn (Shopee Mall) – Fashion Store Online | Oct 2019 – Aug 2023

I was responsible for the full-cycle management of Boteevn’s online fashion store on Shopee Mall. My key activities included analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions. I developed comprehensive internal marketing and external traffic acquisition plans to boost the store’s revenue. I consistently monitored and analyzed monthly revenue reports to track performance and identify new growth opportunities, ensuring the business met its goals.

PROJECT MANAGER

AEGONA Company Limited | Jan 2024 – Dec 2024

In this role, I served as a Project Manager, leading a team to develop digital platforms, including the company website and an e-commerce store. I was responsible for formulating SEO strategies for the website and crafting business plans for social media platforms. I also conducted comprehensive market research, guided product development, and managed partnerships with external agencies to build and strengthen the digital brand image. My responsibilities included executing stage-based planning and allocating tasks efficiently among team members.

As a Co-Founder, I was instrumental in establishing Juva Media, a product photography studio. My core focus was on business development, where I identified and acquired new clients while nurturing existing relationships. Thousand Miles Cuisine Joint Stock Company | Feb 2025 – Jun 2025

As an E-commerce Specialist, I managed and optimized the company’s e-commerce websites and digital platforms, including registering and overseeing operations for 34 branches on Shopee Food and GrabFood. I also developed and scaled the TikTok channel for a sub-brand, driving brand recognition and engagement through content planning and performance optimization. My role included spearheading strategic trade marketing initiatives and coordinating new store grand opening events.
